Chapter 1: The Miracles
As the bell tolled, I lay there, listening to it, as I had every day of my life. I don't know when they took me; I was too young. I don't remember anything before this cell. Heck, I wouldn't know I'd been sleeping in a dungeon all my life if the guards hadn't told me. They're not too bad; the guards, that is. Scared of me, just like everyone else, but they don't give me a hard time. I watch them play poker sometimes. I think I've figured out how to play. The guy who sits with his back to my door always gets sucky hands.

Prologue
A long time ago, the worshippers of the deity, Vendresaya, became influential in the world of Teria. Over time, their power grew, until they became the greatest and, to their eyes, only religion in the world. They controlled much of the populace, and even more of the aristocracy. Soon, the Vendreian Society controlled the world, as no empire had ever achieved. The secret to their great influence? The one's known as 'the Red Eyes'.
The Red Eyes are those born with eyes of scarlet, who, with but a single word, can alter the course of Fate itself. Fearing this power, the Vendreian Society cut out the tongues of those who possessed th
Part 1: The Ghul Whisperer
Suna Nefzen was eight. With her mop of messy red hair and wide green eyes that sparkled like a shining emerald, she was often considered the cutest child in the village. However, Suna was special in more ways than one. Without knowing exactly how, she could command animals to do her bidding.
She discovered her ability by accident, as these abilities so often are. In the small town of Cocoro, deep in the mountains of the Shadow Realm, the villagers couldn't afford to be picky about what they ate. The village was small, as was necessary in the Shadow Realm; few creatures lived in the perpetual shade, and plants wer

"So what's your intention then?" Natira asked. Jedgar looked at her.
"What do you mean?"
"What do you plan to do in order to escape the Empire?" Natira said, impatiently. Jedgar sat down in the only chair in one of the two rooms they'd rented in the inn. It was morning, and Jedgar had ordered that they pack up immediately.
"I have acquired a certain mode of transportation that will take us to Oravain."
"Why are you talking like that?" Mira asked, suspiciously. Jedgar looked at her, slightly guiltily.
"Er, it's a ship. Sorry Mira."
Mira groaned.

"No way," Suna said, flatly.
"You need water, Suna!" Minnow said, persuasively.
"I'll find somewhere else," Suna said, folding her arms. "I am NOT going near there!"
"Where?" Minnow argued. "Neither you nor I have come across any water anywhere else! Maybe this is the only source."
Suna looked down at the lake, shivering. A hovering aircraft had come and taken the bottom half of the boy's body away, but the blood remained. A few scavenging beasts had come, attracted by the smell of blood, but they fled at the slightest movement.
"Alright, here's the idea," Minnow said.
Suna crouched by the oasis, far from the bloody patch. She dipped

"That was a spectacular show you two!" Freppi grinned, excitedly. "Oh yes, you'll be talk of the Capitol with that display! Excellent work, Morki!"
"Err, yes, entirely my idea," Morki said. Suna saw Daemon scowl. Had it been Morki's idea, or had Daemon set it up by himself?
"Oh yes, you two, these are your mentors!" Freppi clapped his hands. He turned to two smartly dressed, but not over the top, people standing side by side. The woman was thick set and irritable looking, and her eyes looked Suna up and down with distaste. The tall, strongly built man beside her seemed a little more appreciative of his charge.

Seventy years ago the thirteen Districts had rebelled against the Capitol. The Capitol had won the bloody war, leaving District 13 in ruins and the others broken. They all take on their roles
I take the supporting role that they reject
They fight the monsters
And leave the corpse rotting
I take the claws fangs wings eyes
Whatever holds its power
And horde it
The spotlight never shines on the true villain
They fight for the light
Smiting the devils and devil's advocates in turn
Blood dripping
Speeches of righteousness and faith flying
In the face of hate and lust for power
The journey continues
I hold their belongings
Like the mule they think I am
The squire never kills the knight.
The death toll rises for the forces of evil
And my companions become ever stronger and smarter

Chapter Two
Fira stood in the tundra's snow, the icy wind biting at her hands and face. Sheer cliffs surrounded the mountain's peak, which thrust upwards above the clouds into the night sky, great aurorae shimmering against the stars, their fantastic dancing lights reflected off of the crystalline snow in the short calmness. Wind began screaming against the mountain again, hurling snow and ice into a sudden blizzard, buffeting the hunters and their guide.
"Of all the times to go treasure hunting, why in blazes did you pick tonight?" Drakus Rout, a middle-aged hunter clad in black Diablos armour, a massive Greatsword slung across his back. A

Piers, docks and ships. The fog had been concealing more than the eternally resting colossus for months, Farenheit judged by the busy humans below him. Cranes lifted, wheelbarrows carried and ship holds accepted the many supplies that the bustling dock workers and soldiers required. From his vantage point in the clouds, Farenheit noted several large catapults and ballistae mounted on towers in the cliff face, their operators scanning the seas below for any sign of attack against the tunnels in the mountain and the port outside. Steel-clad men flew on white dragons with flaming manes, carrying flags of crimson and scarlet, adorned w

Ayala sat atop the hill, looking at the starry sky. Farenheit's long crimson body was curled up behind her, his head by her side. Her raven hair fell in a smooth cascade down to her waist, and her midnight blue eyes reflected the moonlight like a pair of dark mirrors, emulating Farenheit's cat-like glow from his sunburst yellow eyes.
"It's so peaceful here." She spoke. Farenheit looked away from the moon and towards her.
"I mean, I could get used to living here."
Farenheit continued gazing at her.
"I know, you wish you could human form, but otherwise, it's nice, right?"
Farenheit nodded.
Silence elapsed for a long time.

So I recently came across this rather interesting site: BrantSteele's Hunger Games simulator. It's a pretty cool, randomly generated series of events with contestants created by you simulating, what else, the Hunger Games. Naturally, I threw in a few of my characters, a male and female from some of my stories.

Nuzlocke, also known as Pokemon Hardcore mode.

The basic rules are as follows, with additions however you want (such as no pokemon center visits for you masochists):
1: You are only allowed to capture the first pokemon you encounter in an area; for example, say in Red I found a Pidgey on route 1. My only option would be to capture or defeat said Pidgey. Any other pokemon I encounter on that route would be considered uncatchable, and if I accidentally killed it, tough luck, no capture for me.
2: All pokemon must be nicknamed. Simply put, a nuzlocke often results in a great deal of a
It's been a long time since I first got Dissidia Duodecim, but it's still my favourite psp game to date. Despite that, only now have I finally succeeded in defeating the real final boss of the game, Feral Chaos (mainly due to laziness and an intense hatred of enemies 30 levels higher than level 100. Which is total BS.).
My first attempt at the guy was an unfortunate failure. Using my favoured team of my best characters; Warrior of Light, Garland, Cloud, Cecil and Firion, I only really managed to deal 20000 damage with each. Which, considering the guy has 130000, wasn't quite enough.
Round two was when I discovered an interesting tactic; the
